Delivery and Return Terms
Please read these Delivery and Return Terms carefully before purchasing any services from Colmenya Travel via colmenyatravel.com. By completing a booking and payment on our website, you fully accept and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Delivery Terms (Digital Delivery)
Since Colmenya Travel provides travel services, tours, and transfers, there is no physical shipping or delivery of goods. All deliveries are made digitally.
- Instant Confirmation: As soon as your online payment is successfully processed, your booking confirmation and digital ticket/voucher will be generated automatically.
- Delivery Channels: Your digital ticket and reservation details will be sent immediately to the e-mail address and/or WhatsApp number you provided during the checkout process.
- Client’s Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.
- Usage: You can present your digital voucher on your smartphone (or a printed copy) to our tour guide or driver at the designated meeting point.
2. Return and Cancellation Terms
The return (refund) of your digital ticket or reservation depends directly on your cancellation notice time prior to the scheduled service:
- Returns 48 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour/transfer start time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Returns Between 24 and 48 Hours: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Returns Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time (No-Show), are strictly non-refundable.
3. Service Changes and Amendments
- You may request changes to your travel dates or pickup times up to 24 hours before the service starts.
- All changes are subject to availability (vehicle capacity, hotel availability, tour quotas) and any price differences must be paid by the client.
4. How Refunds are Processed
- Once approved, refunds are processed immediately back to the original payment method (the credit/debit card or bank account used at checkout).
- Due to international banking systems, it may take 5 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
